I have a deep understanding of social impact having worked on open data, civil society and social exclusion policy. I’ve helped government departments to release open data and run an accelerator programme for startups to use government open data. Previously, I’ve worked for the Cabinet Office, Nesta and the Government Digital Service. I’m a trained Product Manager and have a background in qualitative research and social psychology.

I founded Emerging Field in 2019. Emerging Field works with organisations to create new ways of working and collaborating. Our work focuses on people, processes and governance - getting these right can deliver just as much as a technical transformation. We blend service design, strategy development, research and innovation with a detailed understanding of public and social issues. Find out more about our work here.
